It was a perfect fit for us. We loved being able to do the 5 minute walk to wonderful restaurants and souvenir shopping. The unit & complex are very quiet. It was great being so close to the heart of everything and yet being able to have peace and quiet in our home away from home. I played tennis like everyday at Royal Kona Hotel and accessed there by walking. Also the beach was just below my window. Alii drive,in front of the building, was nice shopping and dainning street for tourust. Although it is located very convenient area,at night it was pretty quiet. Actually Kona pacific was located in ideal place.
